The first step is to create a Brand Account. It can be whatever name you want, and doesn’t have to be the same name that you used to create your Google account — but we do recommend that it reflects the brand the YouTube Channel will represent.

After you enter your brand name and select create option.  Your channel is almost create now you have to verify your channel through your mobile number over a voice call or text message google can provide an OTP and through this OTP you need to verify your YouTube channel.

Once you’ve verified your Brand Account, you’ll be taken to the dashboard for your channel. Now, it’s time to start customizing it.

After uploading a video hoy needs to optimize your video, you’ll want to optimize the video for search, which in turn helps users discover your video.

For more audiences to discover your video beyond giving your video title, description, tags, audience selection, categories, end screens, card, etc. that is very important. Below, we describe some of the most important things to optimize on YouTube.

Title

When we search videos on YouTube first we saw the video title. That’s often what determines to watch your video or not, it totally depends on your video title. So the title should not only be mandatory but also clear and concise.

The title should be in 100 characters.

Description

This should be limited to 5,000 characters and remember that your visitors are here to watch a video, not read a lot of text. YouTube display your description

YouTube only displays the first two or three lines of text, which comes in about 100 characters.

So you need to first 100 characters to make it informative.

Tags

According to Backlink, the use of tags not only lets viewers know about your video – it also informs YouTube, which uses tags to “understand the content and context of your video.”

That way, YouTube can link your video to similar videos, which can extend the reach of your content.

Category

Selecting a category is another way to group your videos with similar content on YouTube – but it may not be as easy as listening.

After selecting the category you need to select some videos to optimize tools that are given by YouTube.

Then you publish your video as public and after publishing the video you can share this video on social media that’s helps to engage your audience.
